Debbie brings experience, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for people to her real estate practice. With a background rooted in business, marketing, and leadership, Debbie is known for guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Debbie worked her way through college while employed by Federated Department Stores. She holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting, along with executive leadership certifications from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill. A lifelong learner, she also studied at the French Culinary Institute while living in New York City. Debbie spent more than 17 years in financial services marketing, specializing in client satisfaction, branding, customer communications, and marketing operations. This background, combined with her detail-oriented approach, allows her to deliver thoughtful strategies and a seamless experience for her real estate clients.
Having lived in St. Petersburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Manhattan, Blowing Rock, and Charlotte, Debbie understands the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home. After previously living in Charlotte from 2000 to 2006, she and her husband, James, returned because of their deep connection to the city. Today, they proudly call Charlotte home, along with their son and daughter-in-law.
Debbie is deeply engaged in the Charlotte and High Country communities she serves. She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has served on the Marketing & Communications Committee at Ballantyne Country Club and is current serving on the House Committee. Debbie is the Board President of the Myers Park City Homes Homeowners Association and Treasurer of the Women's Golf Association at Ballantyne Country Club. Her past service includes board roles with the Blue Ridge Conservancy and the Blowing Rock Art & History Museum (BRAHM), as well as committee leadership at Blowing Rock Country Club.
When she's not working with clients, Debbie enjoys playing golf, exploring Charlotte's restaurant scene, and taking long walks with her Australian Shepherds, Willie and Tucker.
